Tenants Grow at Gilman Office Center


  • Lincoln Street
    Lincoln Street has added 264SF to their present 442SF. The White River Jct. satellite office space provides much needed services to their clientele and saves travel to Springfield, VT, headquarters.
  • CT Valley Addiction Recovery, Inc.
    A Tenant since November 2019, CT Valley Addiction Recovery has signed a long-term lease for newly renovated space of approximately 2,640SF at 220 Holiday Drive, Ste A. The space has separate ground floor entryways for clients and staff, a large meeting room which allows for expanded support group meetings. An increase in individual office space lends flexibility of use; a kitchen/lunchroom area completes the space. Services include Individual Counseling, Group Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Acudetox (acupuncture), and overall Case Management.
  • Keene Perspectives, PLLC
    provides clinical assessment and behavioral services to children afflicted with Autism. Located at 92 and 96 Farmvu Drive, the two newly renovated buildings are efficient for staff and daily operations. Both buildings (6,135SF) are surrounded by fencing which provides a safe outdoor environment, allowing for a complimentary learning experience to the interior services provided.
  • Sabbeth Law, PLLC
    Sabbeth Law has added four offices to their leased space for a total of 3,225 SF. The fit-up is their second expansion since arriving in 2020. We are pleased we can accommodate the steady growth of their business. Sabbeth Law is licensed in VT and NH; they specialize in Personal Injury and Worker's Comp Law.
  • Twin Pines Housing Trust
    Twin Pines Housing Trust, a non-profit organization, continues develop & manage more units of affordable housing in the area. Several properties in various communities require more staff to maintain the daily flow of both Business and Tenant activity. They now occupy two separate spaces in the same building (4,949SF adding 2,915SF).
  • Reliable Respiratory
    To address efficiency and growth, Reliable Respiratory relocated to renovated space customized to their specifications. Total leased space increased from 840 square feet to 944 square feet, resulting in upgraded space and a longer term lease. A Win/Win!
  • Eustis Cable
    Assumed more space; an increase of 840 square feet for a total of 3,500 gross square feet.
  • Fisher Auto Parts has been with the Gilman Office Center since 2018. The stand alone building has allowed for continued growth while the close proximity to I-89 and I-91 is a convenience factor for daily deliveries throughout and beyond the Upper Valley. Their monthly fundraising events sponsoring Toys For Tots allow for other Tenants to support FAP’s annual goals in their ongoing support of Toys for Tots.

All-Star White River, LLC, Leasing Agent for the Gilman Office Center, is pleased we are able to accommodate the changing needs of our loyal Tenants. Many times the transition to more SF involves renovating space and/or freshening up paint, flooring, LEDs, etc. The majority of our Leases are all-inclusive, except for communication needs and cleaning. We receive positive feedback on providing on-site property management and maintenance.
